I just got a letter in the mail today that I was accepted into the nursing program at my school!!! Finally I can now stop driving my wife crazy by checking the mailbox the second I wake up every day. Now I wish it wasn't the weekend so that I could go in and see what I need to do next.
p.s. I have a pocket pc anyone know what software would be worth buying for it for clinicals?

A drug guide for starters - check out the various versions - a lot of how "good" any given one is depends on your personal preferences.

I could find that accepts external memory and small enough to fit in my pocket. I've loaded various skyscape software. There's several software sources; Pepid is interesting but requires subscription. If money is no object, get a newer fast palm.

Congratulations!!!
I love my PDA. I have Taber's (which I use only 1x a week or so, so if you want to save money, save this for later), Davis Drug Guide (which I use ALL the time - a necessity!), and a Nursing care plan guide, which is different than the book I have, but it's good for having on the floor when you're stuck for a Nsg. Dx., or need another one (we must have 3 for each pt.).
I'd say those 2 are the biggies, then Taber's, then when we get into having multiple pt's., I'm going to get a Pt. tracker program. I'd also like to get a Lab program - maybe for Christmas! :)

You'll love it! It's demanding, but so much rewarding!
Best of luck to you!
