I did! It went really well. The host of the interview and the panel of nurse managers are all so very kind. I'm not sure if I'll get a call for a unit-level interview but I just tried to be myself during the whole thing. But I was super nervous so who knows how I actually represented myself, LOL. There were 5 candidates total in my interview, so that surprised me since I saw only 4 spots for each time slot when I chose my interview time. The host told us at the end of the interview that phone calls will start going out for the second interview as early as tomorrow evening and throughout the rest of the week. Wishing you the best tomorrow!

Ahh I see. Didn't realize all the other units started today as well. Thank you ❤️ I hope your's went well too!! Praying for both of us ?

Hi I had a question for those that interviewed already. I heard that the previous cohorts had 5-7 minutes to introduce themselves and I am wondering is that true? For some reason I thought we had 2 minutes each applicant for introductions but that may have just been specific to the behavioral questions

My group was asked to keep all answers, including introductions, to 2 minutes.

Thank you so much! I was in the midst of altering my introduction to lengthen it, so you've been a big help. Fingers crossed for all those who have interviewed and those who have yet to.

Sorry I haven't seen a thread for this so thought I'd ask here haha but by any chance did anyone apply to El Camino's new grad program and heard back yet?

Did anyone that interview already have any tips? I'm very nervous haha and feel like I do not perform well during panel interviews.
