Hi guys, with the program application about to open I thought I would make a thread!

I interviewed yesterday! You got this! I was definitely nervous in the beginning but remember that they are only people too and treat it like a conversation. Also make sure to practice your introduction and have stories about interactions with patients that you can use to answer questions. I googled common nursing interview questions and tried to come up with answers to each of those. Lastly, stick with your story and do not sway your answers based on what the other candidates are saying. I found myself comparing my answer to theirs, but everyone all has unique experiences! Good luck! You'll kill it!

ENT/Plastics!
Anyone preparing differently for their 2nd interviews? On the most recent webinar, many of them said they didn't prepare any different. And at this point I feel like I don't have much time to prepare much else but I'm open to any recommendations!

Thanks for the advice. Did they happen to stick to the questions mentioned in the webinar or did they ask anything different?

I haven't interviewed yet, but I did a mock interview with two friends and getting feedback was really helpful. You also notice which stories you need to review and which stories you're more comfortable/confident telling.
