Hi guys, with the program application about to open I thought I would make a thread!

Did anyone interview with Oncology Div 1 and get a call back yet?

Similar but as long as you stick with the categories (conflict resolution, teamwork, etc.) then you will be fine!

I interviewed Monday, what about you? They told us that they would call back yesterday night.

I interviewed yesterday! You got this! I was definitely nervous in the beginning but remember that they are only people too and treat it like a conversation. Also make sure to practice your introduction and have stories about interactions with patients that you can use to answer questions. I googled common nursing interview questions and tried to come up with answers to each of those. Lastly, stick with your story and do not sway your answers based on what the other candidates are saying. I found myself comparing my answer to theirs, but everyone all has unique experiences! Good luck! You'll kill it!

I know that we have about 2minutes to answer each question, do they have a timer or cut you off after you have gone over the 2 minutes during the interview or how does that work? thank you

I got a call yesterday. Unit interview will be on the 31st!

Tuesday. They told us calls will start last night as well and continue throughout the week.

Ahhh I see. That might be the case then. How was your interview?

I honestly don't remember them asking (was too nervous), but I just included it in my intro
