  1. I wish they could at-least reroute our application to the other units after the shift in department needs.
  2. I do, they've made decisions but I'm not confident if they're still hiring more.

  4. I would say to accept the offer unless the upcoming interview is your preferred choice? Unless they make you sign anything on the spot you can wait until they send the papers. Worst case, tell the upcoming interviewers you have a time sensitive offer but their unit is your preferred choice? Goodluck!

  6. That's pretty normal! Most likely 40-45 minute interview with 15-20 minutes to ask questions. You don't need to limit answers to 2 minutes since you're solo but they shouldn't be like 5 minutes! If not, they expect to finish early and give themselves time before the next candidate.
  7. Haven't heard of anyone receiving interviews for ICU, ED, or PICU unless it was personalized with different units. Hopefully, they'll send out interviews soon.
  8. Has anyone recently received an interview?
  9. From previous experiences, they do accept preceptors, faculty, and clinical instructors since they're the closest to your clinical performance. However, other facilities will request old managers if they really need it. Most of them have used that same language such as "2 direct managers". Just send a message to HR for clarification or extension!
  10. If you're referring to trauma unit, I believe they've made final decisions last week!
  11. Adult Surg should be med surg, I don't believe Pre-Op hiring except for PACU. Though things might have changed since the Webinar.
