Hello,

I have read previous posts on here over the last few months regarding admission to SPC's AS Nursing program. I applied for the fall 2013 semester. Are there any applicants out there who also applied? I am playing the waiting game. Do any previous applicants know how long it takes to hear if you are accepted or not, once the application window closes? Thank you:)

I keep uploading my ati page, but it keeps being rejected. I signed and dated it but now it says I need to fill out the ATI testing form page with signature and date. Anyone know where I can find this

There is a page for ATI testing in the student handbook, near the end, that has a signature line. Maybe that is the one we really need?

How exactly are we suppose to put the different color folders inside the Blue 3 ring binder if the folders have prongs with no holes to place through the binder rings?

They only have to be inside of the folder when they are turned in after they are graded you can file them in your portfolio under the appropriate tab.

But I was wondering how are we suppose to secure the folder themselves when turned in with the 3 ring binder. I mean theres no way to put the folders in since there are no holes to slide on the rings... Do we just turn the folders in individually, or maybe by placing them inside the pockets of the binder?

I think we just turn in the folders individually, when papers/projects are due ... not along with the big portfolio.

I wish I had elbow restraints to try out on my cat ...

Anyone else having trouble getting ATI's site to load once you enter your id and passcode? Wonder if it is overloaded right now?

I had problems earlier, too, so I called them - they were aware of it at the time (it was a little bit before 5 p.m.). It cleared up about 10 minutes later.

But for awhile there I was sweating it.

Hi nblue,

It is my understating, from speaking with one of the instructors that we should familiarize ourselves with the terms we do not know. But more importantly, for the quiz, focus on the unit objective section and on the questions/statements it asks for. Hope this helps!
