Spring 2022 Nursing Program at Suffolk county community college

Hello, all future nursing students! I am creating this forum early as I made the last forum for the FALL 2021 program. I found that this is very helpful for questions and to have a support system going through this journey. I am a current Suffolk student that is finished with all of the prerequisites except Micro. I planned to apply for the fall 2021 program but I did not get the grade I needed on the TEAS to apply so I am back at it! Never give up and keep positive! If anyone has any suggestions or helpful resources feel free to comment as this forum is for support! Thanks

Exact same situation I'm in, happy I got accepted into Molloys accelerated program for the Spring but I cringe everytime I look at the tuition and $400 deposit due by this Friday is such bad timing when farmingdale still hasn't said anything and their program is already extremely competitve in me even getting in.

Anyway you can’t start applying to scholarships? There are so many scholarships for nursing students out there. Mollify is a great school. Congratulations that’s one hell of accomplishment to get accepted.

Hi, I just recently also applied to Molloy a few days ago. I was wondering how long it took from you to hear back if you were admitted or not. I only finished my application a couple of days back, but I’m just curious.

Ugh I despise this waiting game. IDK what takes so long. The deadline was 6 weeks ago.

Sameeeeeee. It's really dragging. I wish there was a better way so that I could pursue other options if I don't get accepted, but that would be too easy. However, I'm trying to have a positive mind but it's very difficult. I'm sending positive vibes to everyone that is waiting with me.

I’m kinda glad it’s an email and not real mail LOL October 1st is tomorrow, so hopefully we’ll have answers within 2 weeks ??

I'm glad it's an e-mail too. 

As I look back in my e-mail, I received a denial via e-mail on 10/26/2020.

You’re not kidding. I was thinking with Molloy or Farmingdale if they track how many times I checked their application portal per day they would think I’m a crazy person. And every time I get an email from Suffolk it throws me into an anxiety attack.
