SPC students applying for fall 2017??

I know this is pretty early but i just finished my pre reqs for nursing and im on the border but I seriously CAN NOT wait to apply in march! Ill be finishing my AA if i dont get in.. so i will apply again if that happens but fingers crossed it wont! 3.766 gpa for application.. are you all excited?! Congrats to who got in last semester by the way! What how do you all feel at this point in time? Im feeling a huge accomplishment coming! --:nailbiting::nurse::nailbiting:

Is there a certain color stethoscope they're wanting us to buy? (I know they want us to buy like black / white / blue shoes)

I hope not because I already bought one that is burgundy and someone in a previous post said they bought a colored one.

What brand of shoes are people getting?

There are a lot of pretty color stethoscopes. I have been trying to decide whether I should buy a black one or a pink one.. I'm thinking I will buy the pink one knowing others had bought a colorful one too. I have these shoes in white:

There are a lot of pretty color stethoscopes. I have been trying to decide whether I should buy a black one or a pink one.. I'm thinking I will buy the pink one knowing others had bought a colorful one too. I have these shoes in white:

I was also looking at nurse mates. My boyfriend insists on them. I just hate that I can't try them on first.

After speaking with several people in the HEC, a few of those forms won't be given to us until the first week of class (including ATI testing). So don't panic lol. We won't lose our seats just because they aren't done on August 1st. The three big ones that absolutely most be completed are the background check, drug test, and finger prints.

There are a couple of forms that I don't know where to find. I bought 3 pairs of scrubs because they are required monday-thursday

I have purchased 2 sets (with long sleeve under shirt thing - I'm ALWAYS cold). I will be getting 2 more when school starts. (I don't want to do laundry during the week) Last I heard, anytime we are on the 2nd floor of the HEC we have to be 'in uniform' with proper ID and shoes or we'll be asked to leave.

The ATI page is on line deep within the course content. I have not found the other two signature pages. I will be asking about them on Tuesday when I go into the HEC.
