SPC students applying for fall 2017??

I know this is pretty early but i just finished my pre reqs for nursing and im on the border but I seriously CAN NOT wait to apply in march! Ill be finishing my AA if i dont get in.. so i will apply again if that happens but fingers crossed it wont! 3.766 gpa for application.. are you all excited?! Congrats to who got in last semester by the way! What how do you all feel at this point in time? Im feeling a huge accomplishment coming! --:nailbiting::nurse::nailbiting:

How do you know which books to get? I tried to look it up online but it needed a session number.

Your session number will be beside the teacher name once your registered as well.

I really want nights, but coming to the realization it might not happen. I searched NUR 1021C & it looks like it adds up to be about only 3 night seats open & like 20 day seats open. Still hopeful, can't wait to find out! Really no matter what time or clinical site I get I'll still be happy. (Hope for a teacher with good ratings on rate my professor though)

Today was a busy but productive day for the CastleBranch list.

The only thing I have left to submit is:

- Flu Shot (debating on getting the shingles vaccine as well, NO way in hell I want to catch that!!)

- Waiver of Licence Guarantee Form

- Handbook Signature

- Action Plan for Student Success

I have to go to the HEC next week, so I'm going to ask about these remaining items while there as they all say due Aug 1 (except flu shot that is due Sept 15) and we are not in class until Aug 14.

Anyone have their shoes yet? I've not purchased mine. I have an idea on what I would like to buy (Asics) but not sure if their ok because they do have slight color on the toe and the branding.

My shoes are all white.. but cleanable not cloth! I read somewhere that they cannot have any colors. Has to be solid white, blue, or black but i think white sets off the uniform embroidery

Just a heads up -

For those looking to increase your book line of credit - it can be done at any campus fin aid and is very easy for them.

They need a list with all the required supplies and ALL the prices listed so they can start the paperwork for it. The paperwork goes through very quickly and apparently is sent directly to the bookstore at the HEC.

Also, the book line of credit will be avail starting next week, as grades for Summer semester are due on Friday by noon.

I'm doing nights at HealthSouth. Looks like we are all taking different routes lol.

I'm almost done with the checklist, just need to get my CPR certification and the TDAP booster.

I will also be doing nights at Healthsouth!
