SPC students applying for fall 2017??

I know this is pretty early but i just finished my pre reqs for nursing and im on the border but I seriously CAN NOT wait to apply in march! Ill be finishing my AA if i dont get in.. so i will apply again if that happens but fingers crossed it wont! 3.766 gpa for application.. are you all excited?! Congrats to who got in last semester by the way! What how do you all feel at this point in time? Im feeling a huge accomplishment coming! --:nailbiting::nurse::nailbiting:

I think that they will wait until July 17th because the e-mail says "students will be notified on..."

The 'average' of applicants who were accepted. You took statistics, is a 3.87.

Meaning on a bell curve, the middle being zero, +-1...

If you ask am alternative to show you their email, you will see they annotate that average.

I.e., 30/30 credits with a 3.87

I think she made the comment in regards to you stating 'Literally everyone who got in will be competing with all other 4.0 students basically.' Seems like many people were admitted with a 3.7-3.9. I believe the cutoff GPA had been a 3.76. I don't think there is anyone placed on the alternate list this cycle without the 30/30 credits completed.

Still very strange many people haven't yet received emails and the alternates weren't numbered this cycle! Hope to figure out why this Monday. Hopefully those who have not been emailed receive something later today though

I know a couple of people have said they have a 4.0 without micro and haven't received anything. So I'm curious if maybe you haven't heard since the pre-requisites aren't finished yet. I was told by an advisor all courses needed to be finished before the application window closed.

I have all my prerequisites complete a 4.0 and my AA so it makes no sense why I haven't gotten any kind of email. I had my prerequisites done after fall semester. So I'm so confused. And everything on my application was complete. The advisor even said I should have no problem and now I'm like um what lol

I have all pre-requs done. Signed off prior to application and a 4.0 and I just got a denial email. Confusion does not even start to cover it at the movement.....
