I passed Health and Safety this morning with an A! I took both practice tests and looked up vocab i'd forgotten. I know all the exams won't be this easy I took 3 days to review. I i scheduled this test 3 days after i registered.

NCLEX-RN is my best friend.....NCLEX-PN was my best friend when I was studying for my LPN and now I bought the one for RN! I LOVE THAT BOOK!!!! I also use sg 101.

I'm going to try and take Lifespan 1. I've got it scheduled for the 10th, but we will see if it's going to be rescheduled.. lol

Hello. I am new to this site. But I was a student of the College Network. They send me the first book to study from, Health and Safety. It is bulky and a lot of information to learn at one time. I didn't recieve no study guide. Their representative told me to read the whole book then take the test. That was a big joke because that would take me six months, and another six months to remember what I read. My coworker, completed the RN program, introduced my to Excelsior College. After speaking with a representative and looking at the study guide, it helped me so much. I dropped the College Network like a hot baked potato. I schedule my first test for the second week in August 2011. I just have one question. I want to save money so I am won't take the practice exam. For anyone who have taken the Health and Safety Exam, did you find the practice test a big plus with the Exam?

I found the EC practice exams to be extremely helpful in terms of studying, and in helping me focus on which areas might need more study. I think they're worth the money for sure!

Did you cancel College Network within three days of signing the contract, or how did you get out of the contract?

It was 3 months later when I let the College Network. So I agreed to pay a settlement on the account for half of the payment. I haven't heard from them since. I am going with EC all the way.

:yeah: as of 10/6/11 at 9:00 a.m., i will be taking my first exam, essentials of health and safety. if anyone have any last minute suggestions, criticism, critiques, encouragement.... i am open to them. i am so scared that i am shaking in my boots but a little excited as well. yeah, go me.

i'm rooting for ya! wishing you all the best. i just scheduled my first exam role transition. i'm kinda behind on where i wanna be. i was hoping to have at least 2 knocked out by now but things happen. unfortunately i wont get the practice test for this exam but hoping my finances will get better to where i can squeeze out the extra dough for the others.
