I just wanted to start a thread for the Spring 2020 term at SMU because I know applications are due soon (July 1st), feel free to drop your stats and all of that good stuff!

Can anyone advise me how to upload health care insurance documents and stuff from the checklist? I plan on joining the Fb group soon, but I just have to make a Facebook lol. Also, has anyone had any luck making a financial aid appointment? I called but no answer and no call back

Did your login work from the link? (try your SMU email, not personal) - If it did you want to click on the Waiver and fill out the information and the next prompt will have you upload your cards.

As for financial aid

I called and made an appointment but you counselor is assigned to you by last name - https://wwwold.samuelmerritt.edu/financial_aid/contact

Also check your Samuel Merritt email - You may have email from the aid office.

I called last week and made an appointment for financial aid. Shavona (fin aid counselor) said she was out until this Friday due to a conference.

I couldn't sign into the portal to upload my health documents either. I called the customer service line provided and the rep told me that they haven't received the roster for Spring 2020 yet. They should receive it in 1-2 weeks and that's when we can upload. (Is what I was told)!

I would try again, I was able to log on today.

I’ll try again when I’m home because I know registration is around the corner! Is there an orientation too? Aside from the online one? And @stars77 I’m not sure, I think there is one girl on here who was also waiting, but I’m not positive.
