Hey there,

So yes, Shavonna n ricardo are out. Tyley and Christe are there to answer questions too. When you call ask for one of them. Best to call in the morning. Also you should be able to upload your health documents on the student health portal. Each document has to be scanned and uploaded. I have not looked at the insurance but will soon. Instead of leaving voicemail you can also just schedule an appt with the call representative that answers..

Hi @cmerenda, there is an orientation on January 6th, and the semester starts on January 8th! ?

Yes the main orientation is January 6th on campus. The online i beleive is like 7-9 modules. Class starts jan 8th?. So many things to submit before then too!! Congrats to everybody!

Hi,

I'll be attending in the spring as well. I can only make it to the orientation on the 6th but I can't wait to meet you all. I'll be commuting from San Jose.

Has anyone registered for classes already? I see a lot of the same sections but I only have the option to register for one or two out of the 4. I wonder if more will open as they fill up.

Also has anyone had any luck with scholarships? I did not get a lot of financial aid and will probably have to take out my first set of loans :(

Yay congrats! Commuting from San Jose ? Oh my!

I registered for classes. Maybe just register for what’s available.

I still need to look into scholarships.

Hi There, if you can, add the SMU spring 2020 cohort Facebook group.. there’s good info on there. And yes I think everyone on the Facebook group was able to registered for their preferred days. I’m not sure if more will open or how that works to be honest, but considering how close the semester start date is I would definitely reach out to them.. and as far as scholarships, I have a few, there is also a link on your SMU account that will guide you to scholarships you qualify for

Wow! Yes I have registered already. You should be able to register n all 5 classes.looking forward to meeting you all too!!! And I been applying as well for scholarships. What link are you referring too? And I dont have FB soo what info is important on there?
