Hello everyone!!

I just wanted to start a thread for the Spring 2020 term at SMU because I know applications are due soon (July 1st), feel free to drop your stats and all of that good stuff!

Shawna said we will find out latest by November but they want to get it out in October and I can already see myself checking my email constantly omg!! They are coming to my school October 10 so if they have any info I will post here

I know, right! I've been reading the forums too but just haven't created an account till now! Was the official applicant count like 130? or greater?

it was 130! and they accept 64, and shawna said she anticipates to take 8-10 from the waitlist

Does anyone have any idea how many applied for the ABSN? And for how many spots?

Not sure how many applied but the usually take 48 students for the ABSN.

Right! I was looking at last spring’s thread and it seems like Oct 11 the waiting list emails went out and the following day the accepted emails went out. Dun dun dun lol. Hopefully ours is around the same timeframe.

i hope so too!! She said by nov 1 but I reallllly hope its earlier, the wait is KILLLINGGGG ME
