Hi guys, I couldn't find a thread for the Fall 2016 program so I thought I would make one! It'll be awesome to meet people who are applying to the same nursing program! It would also be nice to get a general idea of this semester's applicant pool since I'm pretty sure everyone is quite nervous!
I believe that Fall 2015 cut-off score was 7.25 and in Spring 2016, students were accepted with 7.0 impaction score. So I have no idea if it will increase or decrease this time around, but it might be closer to the previous Fall semester...
Yes we are the first batch to use that system to apply, it makes sense it would take longer well thanks for the update and for replying so quickly! Here's to another two weeks of suffering! lol
Oh my god I second that! I'm going absolutely crazy. I guess we have to accept admission with SJSU if we are transfers by may 1rst regardless of whether we know we have been accepted into the nursing program. SIGH more waiting
Hey nadia, as a transfer student myself I also wanted to know if I got into the program or not before I paid for the NON REFUNDABLE orientation fee. So yeah it sucks I feel you.
I forgot to include, last I spoke to the department emails of admission notification will hopefully be sent to our mysjsu accounts by Thursday, 04/28/16. Any transfer students already put the intent to enroll and sign up for mandatory transfer orientation?
OMG I hope they send out an email by then. I have completed the intent to enroll but I haven't paid for the mandatory orientation yet. I'm hoping I know before the deadline but if i don't i will sign up and pay for it on the 30th.
