SJDC ADN FALL 2016

Hi everyone!

I wanted to start a thread for the people who are applying to San Joaquin Delta College's nursing program for FALL 2016 cohort. I know the application period is still a month away but I'm just so excited. I still need to take my TEAS. Maybe we can all get to know each other and compare scores?

Hi Kittysteve!

It seems like you have a good score to get in, I'm worried about mine though because I only have 56.5:cry: But its worth a shot right! If I don't get in for Fall 2016 I can apply for Spring 2017 with the extra points for my associates degree I will be getting this semester. Ive also read that someone has gotten in in the mid 50s range so that gives me hope. It's embarrassing to have this low amount of points but oh well I guess we will see when the time comes. I'm also applying to 3 other colleges so I have more than one option just in case. Delta is my first choice school though since I live so close so I'm hoping I get in here !

You know, I read on here that someone who got 56 points got in! They were in the SPRING semester, and I noticed the point cut off is always lower in spring. Also, once you get your AA you should be have no problem getting in! But, best of luck to you getting selected! If you apply to several schools, you're bound to get into one! Don't give up!

I didn't receive a receipt either. Were we supposed to be sent a confirmation email?

Im not sure where I read it at but it said we will receive something in our delta email, maybe I read it wrong. It could be the status of our application we will be receiving in our email.

It did say we would receive a confirmation email. I didn't get one yet either, probably in the next couple of days!
