Does anyone know what the shortest ABSN program is?

There are 15- and 16-month ABSN programs available in Massachusetts. I haven't heard of any that are shorter than that.

We have 12 month ABSN programs here in Southern California. I will be starting a 15 month ABSN program this august.

What?! I live in SoCal too, but none of the schools I'm looking at are that fast. What schools are you referring to? Are they private?

Michigan State University has a 14 month ABSN program. I'll be doing their 4 semester RN-to-BSN bridge when I complete my RN program.

FAU WAS 3 semesters but now it will be 4. It still is really fast. University of Miami is still 3.
Yes, they are private schools. Mt. St. Mary's is 12 months long. Concordia University Irvine is also 12 months long, but they require you to take 2 theology/philosophy online prior to the start of actual nursing classes.
U of M may only be 3 semesters but did you see how many credits you had to take each semester? Holy cow!!!
thanks everyone! This is great info!! Is it really hard to get in to a nursing program in Cali? I'm a Florida resident, but also a military spouse. I feel like I would be competing with all the odds against me in Cali. I hear it's tough to get in unless your a minority or have some sort of ethical disadvantage?
