Sharp New Grad Summer 2020 - August

Hello everyone! Sharp new grad’s application opened on Monday (2/17). I just wanted to make this so we can all keep each other updated. ?

I had applied for spring 2020, got an interview for ICU, but unfortunately did not get hired. So here I am, round 2! ?

Hi, sorry for the late response. Thank you! Hope everything went well at your interview!
For the first interview, they asked about a total of 9 questions. No medication questions, only one clinical question. The remaining questions were all behavioral/get to know: why nursing, why SCV ED, etc.

of course! I thought the sim was kinda difficult and they didn't debrief so I was really unsure about how I did but they offered me a position a few days later.. Also thats awesome that they called you about an ICU position because from what I've heard its really difficult to get in there so best of luck to you that would be an amazing opportunity!! I also haven't taken my NCLEX yet and I graduated and applied in March so I'm just anxiously waiting...

Hi! I would like to apply for Sharp's new grad program in the ED as well! CONGRATS on landing the job! How did you prepare for the interview process? What kind of questions did they ask you? Thank you!
