Sharp new grad residency winter 2011-2012

Published

Hi, I just applied to Sharp new grad residency for winter 2011-2012. Anyone else applied?

After I sent my application, I didnt get any email confirmation at all. Anyone else having the same issues?

Also, can you apply to more than two units? I know during the application they ask you for your top two choices.

Anyway.. goodluck to all of us who applied! I hope we get at least an interview.

i applied! didn't get any confirmation either... good luck to us! :)

yes i did! :)

Does anyone know how to take the Maternal Newborn Nursing course through the Regional Perinatal System? I want to apply for

L & D but it says that this course is required.

Anyone thought those supplemental questions were brutal? 45 minutes was not enough to complete i believe. :uhoh21:

Specializes in Urgent Care and Pediatrics.

He everyone, I also applied yesterday!!! I have got 8 years experience as an LVN in private urgent cares and at UCSD, my first choice was for the ER @ Grossmont. I also have had my ACLS for about 6 years. I hope this will put me in a good spot for this position in the residency :p My second option was the adult residency at Memorial. We'll shall see!!

Does anyone know the timeframe for callbacks or communication from them?

I also thought that the supplemental information was brutal, it took me well over an hour to complete, I was not ready for that!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck to everyone, I wish you all the best......

that's funny! i thought i was the only one that got killed by the supplemental form questions! but like what i told my husband, better on paper than them asking that to me in the interview! LOL =p

Wow you have so much experience. Good luck to you :) I found this on their website. Hope this helps
