Has anyone been declined for Mary Birch L&D? Or are they leaving everyone that they haven't interviewed as "under consideration"?

I interviewed but haven't been declined. I have heard from people that if they change your title it means rejection? I communicated with a recruiter and they said you're still being considered until declined. IDK what to believe anymore LOL

Yeah this is all so confusing! I actually emailed the manager of the floor and she hasn't gotten back to me, both after the interview to thank her for the opportunity to be  interviewed and to ask if her team has come to a decision (1/8). I would at least think we'd get an email for those that have been rejected. I'm so confused y'all I'm just focusing on my NCLEX for now LOL. How long are y'all waiting before you officially call it for L&D?

That's crazy that they haven't responded to you. Hopefully we hear back rejection or acceptance sooner than later. I'm not sure when to call it quits, what about you?? Also the NCLEX is a good distraction. I just found out I passed this morning! Good luck! ?

I know someone who works on the unit and she asked the manager who told her they already offered the positions. My Sharp portal went back to "new grad" generic. I have called it. LOL

Officially got my rejection email from Mary Birch. I'm honestly kind of surprised. I did an externship there this past Summer and currently work for Sharp, so I felt pretty confident, but I have peace knowing that there wasn't much else I could have done. Congratulations to whoever got offered the job!! Best of luck! ❤️

Hey yall,

I've applied to memorial and my alternative was Chula during the beginning of the application period and I've received an email from talent acquisition specialist back in Nov. 13 stating my app was moved for for hiring manager review and they will call between 11/26-01/12. I f/u last month but they said to wait and they resent me the same message from 11/13 ??‍♂️. So  1/12 comes and  they emailed me stating d/t high vol. of applicants they extended my wait to the end of month. LOL I'm just tryna to get an interview and do well yall. Congrats to those who got in and keep your head up, reapply and keep pushing forward to the ones that didn't!

I received and accepted a written offer at Sharp Grossmont on Friday. Looking forward to starting April 11.

Best of luck to all those still in the hunt, I've been there and I know something good will come for you as well.
