I received and accepted a written offer at Sharp Grossmont on Friday. Looking forward to starting April 11.

Best of luck to all those still in the hunt, I've been there and I know something good will come for you as well.

if you think you need some help I suggest new.nurse.support on IG. She's wonderful.

Congratulations!!!?

Hi all! I was just wondering how long it took after interviews for everyone to receive either an offer or a rejection?

I got the verbal offer 3 days after my interview. I believe the rejection emails aren't sent until everyone has accepted written offers for that unit.

I received a call today for an interview at sharp Chula for the new grad ED program. What kind of questions should I prepare for? Thank you.

I just got a call as well I had already mourned not getting one by the 12.

@Kyy did you have your interview how did you feel? I was so nervous and don't think I did well ?

@nurse_ya I felt like it went well. Why do you feel that way? It's OK to be nervous!

@Kyy my current job is totally different so some questions didn't really apply but I tried my best. When I get nervous I talk fast which I think they picked on. It was also hard to read them. So o just walked away thinking it was so so

@nurse_ya what do you mean picked on? I'm sure you did great! I don't hate any medical background either.

@Kyy I think they noticed I was talking fast  and was nervous. I hope they think so! I had an answer for every question! Good luck to us ??

I bet you both did great! What kind of questions did you get asked?

@Leighm11 I felt like it was super quick. I was to give a bit of background on myself and then asked why I wanted sharp and why I wanted ED. I was then asked interview questions like "how did you react to conflict, how did you take a leading role in a job, how do you deliver care to different patients and prioritizing" that I can remember
