Hi all! I am starting this thread for those who have applied/are going to apply for the Sharp New Grad RN residency for Winter 2022-2023!
For those that have applied for this current application cycle, the directions on the first page say to NOT upload certificates at this time.. but when I am in the application it has a place to upload the information for like BLS, NRP, ACLS, etc. It feels weird leaving it blank....

I thought the same thing, but I think following the directions would be more important than putting them in case?

This is what I thought, but ended up uploading because it would not allow me to move on without doing so.

Has anyone heard anything?
I have not. Still "under consideration", but I do recall seeing that the review process would take approximately 2 to 6 weeks.

Hello guys, good luck to all. I have "under consideration" as well since the moment I turned in my application. Does anyone know how many positions were available for each unit and if they are all hiring? I saw that they will start contacting us from 2 to 6 weeks from now on the main website. I did not upload any of my certifications either because I read not to

I believe the current base pay is $48, but I hear they are in contract negotiations so it will probably increase soon. There's also an extra amount if you have your BSN, but I don't know exactly how much.

Haven't heard anything either-- keeping hopes high for everyone and fingers crossed!
Has anyone heard back? My "under consideration" has turned from grey to green. I'm thinking this means it's under active review.
