Mar 29, 2010 The new grad one I made for interns and students unfamiliar with our charting (print 2 sides, flip on long edge) and there's a time sheet on the back. I use a 1 page per pt brain, even though we take 6 pts. I just can't make enough notes on a multiple pt sheet.New Grad Brain.docBrain Sheet.doc

Your sheets are beautiful, and I think they'll be a big influence on what I end up using. Thank you!And thank you to everyone who has posted their brain sheets in this thread. I've downloaded them all so I can learn more about organizing myself and having better time management.

newrngrad 18 Posts Sep 1, 2010 I was just wondering if you still wanted to give out your 'brain sheets' idea?? I like the idea of crossing off the letters on the bottom...Thanks so much!

trish8503RN 8 Posts Oct 18, 2010 Hi, I have a question about the brain sheets. I am curious what lab values correspond with the weird little graphics? I know that you are supposed to use the shapes to organize your labs, but what lab values are supposed to go in each area/box? Kinda confusing question, but your help would be wonderful! Thanks!
