Hey guys ,
please post your stats here if you're applying to sfsu nursing program so we can have an idea about how competitive this cohort is ? Do you know If they accept for both fall and spring ?
Thank you and good luck
So I just found this thread and I'm kinda getting into it a little late in the game. I applied for the BSN program at SFSU and CSULA and I got in to CSULA and they require an admission response by April 13th....but we aren't going to hear back from SF until the END of April ......SFSU is my first choice so I want to wait to hear back before I commit to the other school, do you guys know if you can rescind an admission?!

Hi and congrtas on getting into CSULA, may I ask why SFSU is your first choice ? Is it a better school or it is closer to you ?
@allmylove4LZ, I'm pretty sure it's ok if you decide to change your admission response to CSULA. You don't owe them anything, ethically speaking, though I'm worried about this, too. They know some people are going to do this. You say you have to decide by April 13th. Do they make you pay a deposit on that date? If so, know that you will have to lose that money (likely around $300 or $500, though!) if you choose to go to SFSU instead and that you can add it to your overall nursing education cost.
I'm sort of in the same boat, except that I've already accepted back in February and now I'm supposed to be moving to Texas in 5-6 weeks (I got into a really great program there!) unless I hear back from SFSU that I've been accepted and take that spot.
Why do you prefer SFSU to CSULA?

Will both transfer student and current SFSU students be notified at the same time? Because I am a transfer student.
