Seminole State Spring 2012 Generic/Concurrent Applicant

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone else is on this website that is applying to the upcoming spring evening term for SSC and if so, what are your thoughts. Are you nervous? I am!

I just got an emailing from Seminole State that I have been provisionally accepted into the Associate Degree RN Program. YAY!!!!

I am so grateful as this is my second time applying. I hope I get into the UCF con-current program as well but honestly I am still happy.

I was actually checking in to see if anyone else got the email! Yay! Now just to wait for UCF's decision. At least I can relax a little bit!

Hi all- this is really strange but I just got an email from SSC stating that I've been accepted!!! Yay!!! No word yet from UCF but I'll take SSC!!! Be checking your emails!!!! I was expecting a letter in the mail in 2 weeks!! I was completely shocked by this good news!! I felt like someone "going through" on the X-Factor!!! Tears and all!!:yeah:

Ahhhh me too guys just got the email! Congrats on the scc acceptance! It is also my second time applying I was in the process of one of the prerequisites last time! I'm super excited hopefully we get the same results from UCF soon!

Hello, I have been reading everyone's posts, but this is my first time posting. I also just got my acceptance email and I am shocked and excited being that this was my first time applying. I guess all that studying for the TEAS paid off big time for me. Anyway really happy and excited for everyone who was accepted.

I didn't get into UCF. SSC alternate. I feel like a failed this. I worked so hard and had a great teas score and gpa.

Congrats to all of you guys. Can you all tell me what your gpa's were and your teas and when you were done with pre-reqs?

I have a 3.75 gpa, 3.6 recalculated with a TEAS score of 87 which is the 97th percentile. First time applying.

Awesome! Look forward to meeting you and everyone else in the coming weeks. I am sure that I will be one of very few males in the program so I should be hard to miss.

I'm really sorry dawniepoo. Don't lose hope though, you are still listed as an alternate. All it takes is for one person to not be able to take their seat. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

It really just depends who applys when you do. This is my second attempt applying since I had just completed my pre-reqs the last time around. Hang in there and don't give up. :redpinkhe
