Hey all, I was wondering if anyone else is on this website that is applying to the upcoming spring evening term for SSC and if so, what are your thoughts. Are you nervous? I am!
Hi there, I would like to apply to both the SSC ASN and the SSC/UCF to BSN Concurrent programs. I am hearing how difficult it is to get in. I'm wondering if I'm putting my eggs (and time and money) in the wrong basket here, and if I should just bail and go the Keiser/Herzing route.
Here are my questions (if you could help, I would sooo much appreciate it...):
If you got in, which program did you get in to?
What did you get in with? (gpa, teas score)
How long did you have to wait to get in? (from application to acceptance)
Do you like the program?
Hi RebeccaCannon,
If you got in, which program did you get in to?
What did you get in with? (gpa, teas score)
How long did you have to wait to get in? (from application to acceptance)
Do you like the program?
I got into SSC/UCF concurrent program
My pre-reqs GPA was 3.8
Teas score 77.1%
Applied on August and got my acceptance letter mid October
Started Spring 2011 and I am currently on my last semester.
SSC has a good program and good reputation with the surrounding hospitals.
I have only 4 weeks to go, I can only say that
I am glad to be done with nursing school soon.
Would I do it again if I had to? yes, I would and it would be at SSC.
Hope that helps!

Help:confused: Did anyone get accepted to the Concurrent UCF/SSC program without attending the mandatory information session? I live in New York and find this very disturbing to commute to Florida for just a couple of hours of information. Can someone please tell me if I have to attend to be accepted?
