Selected for urine test and used hand sanitizer

So I usually use hand sanitizer and never had a problem but now I'm worried because I stupidly sniffed my hand to see if they still smelled like gloves after I used it. Right after I did that I had instant regret. I'm worried I'll test positive for alcohol now. I've never drank since I've been in a recovery program. And I don't have a substance problem. Do yall think I'll be positive? Should I go pee a few times before I test? Any info is helpful.

You won't test positive.. too far back

If it's not a hair or nail test you'll be fine..

It will be my first test. Do they do hair or nails first test?  Ugh this kind of life sucks. I'm so depressed 😔 I hate this. And I haven't even started

I just did my initial intake. Not eval yet

But because I'm working they are trying to monitor me before my evaluation. Because my big mouth told them I was being investigated for possible diversion... I don't know anymore. I wanted to work a little longer before I get any disciplinary actions from BON

It sucks. You will get through.  I would be surprised if they did hair or nail test so early.  Don't worry.  If it's positive it's clearly before you had to avoid mood altering substances.

its positive the IM person will contact my employer and I'll probably lose my job.

U are fine all my test were positive because of course I had just got into the program even if u were negative it would make no difference.. my friend was negative and still had to dk the program . Please don't stress

For an evaluation they may do a hair or nail test. Bleach your hair.

Were you working at the time of your first test? I'm doing a contract position right now and I haven't gotten anything from BON so I wanted to work until I get a response from them. Bc I heard you can't work if you are given IOP or PHP ... how do people even afford this crap
