What is the score of TOEFL to be admitted to the Board of California Registered Nurse?

I'm disappointed that California BRN doesn't answer the Phone and the e.mail, today i try with fax :-(

This disservice reminds me of Italy, before now the american bureaucracy for another services has always been Perfect :-)

Another question for you: after the BRN, can i male also the phlebotomy? or must i make another Board?

Phlebotomy is within the scope if practice of a registered nurse a second certification is not needed. In CA LVN need an additional training course to add the IV/Phlebotomy endorsement option to the LVN license c
