I think Toefl is required for visa screening and since you have a green card already i dont think you need it. Verify more on their website
Thanks you very much!!
The web-site is not clear.
At the telephone number nobody answers.
There are agencies or attorneys that make the application?
I'm afraid of not successfully compile the applicazone or not to have all the requirements, so I prefer to trust a attorney to do the application.
You know some agency or lawyer to whom I can contact?
Help me please!!
I'm a italian nurse (I studied in Italy) and I have green card (my wife is american)
Do you know some agency or lawyer to whom I can contact?
you need to complete the application form on the BRN website and arrange for your transcripts to be sent from your nursing school so that the BRN can make their own assessment. Appears self explanatory on their website with just 2 extra things to do for IEN Board of Registered Nursing - Licensure by Examination
Thanks your very much!
I looked web-site and i make application, but i want to be sure that everything is ok before i sent apliccaton.
Do you know agency o attorney for this job?
I looked mmigration attorneys but it dosen't ther job.
I'm afraid that i make some error :-(
you don't really need an attorney to look at the forms, get someone who knows you or your wife to check it over and make sure it is filled in properly

California is notoriously back logged so don't be surprised if it takes quite a while to receive a response

Sorry, not familiar with the name or term "Trasciption", is that a Italian-English translation service or agency or are you doing the degree translation yourself or ??

Yes, if no answer call the Ca Dept of Consumer Affairs and tell them there is no answer. Better yet, email the Dept of Consumer Affairs.
