This thread was started for everyone who will be attending the 2011 SCCC Ammerman Campus Day RN program. I think it might be worth it to have a thread especially for us, so that we can keep in touch with our fellow students, talk about issues that come up in class and help each other out when necessary.

I found questions that might b given the day of orientation it's from a power point presentation under their website in links under clinical facilities in the middle of the page it says universal orientation power point.

I'm totally confused about the clinical. I read earlier in this thread that there were links to which facility you would be at based on your class time under "Clinical Facilities" on the nursing website. I've looked there and cannot see anything except the powerpoint orientation thing and links to various clinical sites. These links only take you to the "directions" page of the facility. Am I missing something? Does anyone have more information? I signed up for a class that has clinical on Tuesdays, 8 am to 2 pm. Is anyone else in that class and do you know which facility this clinical is held?
Under the heading "Announcements" find the link "Ammerman Campus" click on it.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and you'll see "Summer 2011" in red, and "Fall 2011 Clinical Assignments" in blue. When you click on that link it downloads the list as a word doc. I'll try to copy and paste it in a reply.

Don't forget to print the 2011-2012 Nursing Student Handbook offline and bring it to the orientation!
