Hello to everyone..Can I ask anyone who is working with MOH saudi Arabia? Can I ask if they are offering a 1 year contract? Can you give me also an idea regarding their exam? Thank you in advance. Godbless!

Do I really need to have a prometric exam or can I just get it when I am in Saudi? I'm quite confused if I should have one right now or just after I get there? Some says even though you already have one, when you get there at Saudi you will still take another? Is that true? Thanks.:/

@lenjoy03 nice to hear that notarization is free for those who are residents of muntinlupa, one way of saving money.kudos to muntinlupa city hall.

manila city hall notarization fee is P75 and RTC fee is (i think) ranges from P75-150

@rachelleannef you can have it notarized by any legal notary public however, you have to have it RTC-ed on the same city where you have it notarized otherwise, dfa won't accept it. It happened to me once, i had my docs notarized in muntinlupa and RTC-ed in Pasay and they[DFA] returned all my documents and ask me to repeat the process all over again. spell HASSLE! either way, i learned my lesson. :yelclap:

manila is just an example. by the way, what city are you from?

regarding the authentication of documents you can click on this link for dfa authentication procedures:

and to all those who are waiting for their visa, interview, interview result and the like, good luck and god bless! :anpom::hpygrp:

hello anybody who has an idea when is the next delegation coming?

Hi people! finally i'm done with my evaluation @ saudi embassy this morning. here is what happened:

i arrived at saudi embassy at around 8:30 am, then there were already couple of peeps who were also waiting in line (around 50 nurses who were also for evaluation i guess). then at around 9:30 am, the magical gate of the embassy was finally opened, then they allowed us to come inside by fours. (tip: please come as early as you can because they have a quota and cut-off time, they stopped people from getting inside the embassy at around 11 am, and maybe because we were so many inside and the evaluators thought they cannot accommodate us all--actually there was only one evaluator during my time, she's a filipina, and there were 2 other assistants whom you will give your docs after you have been evaluated).

the evaluator checked all the docs, authenticated, photocopies and the original as well... they are very strict with the COE, especially the length of your experience (should be more than a year post registration of your license), and your COE should have the phrase "has been employed/is employed as a STAFF NURSE"... they wont accept any other word than STAFF NURSE. or else they wont accept your papers and they will let you return after you have changed your COE. there should also be at least 2 signatories either from HR dept+medical director or chief nurse+medical director.. im my case, my signatories were the CHIEF NURSE and CHIEF OF CLINICS (same with chief of hospital/medical director likewise)

also, before you go to embassy for your evaluation, make sure that you already paid the 30 dollar to BDO bank (please go to BDO plaza for the account number and account name, it is posted there, or ask the guard). better pay at that BDO branch (Paseo de Roxas branch), you should have a dollar to be deposited, you can buy dollar @ Western Union, near BDO plaza too... keep that deposit slip because you will give it to ****** during your evaluation day..

also during your evaluation, they will gonna tell you the docs that you should pay for the authentication of SRO (420/doc).. PLEASE DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE! in my case, i paid for 5 docs (420 php x 5=2,100 php) , then i learned from the evaluator that i should only pay for 4 docs:

1. TOR and Diploma (as one count)

2. Board Certificate

3. COE

4. Prometric Exam

i have a prometric exam that is why 4 docs to be authenticated at SRO.. but if you are married, MARRIAGE CONTRACT is included in authentication payment..

before the evaluation, PLEASE provide a photocopy an arrange your docs in the following manner:

photocopies of:

authenticated employment certificate

employment certificate

offer of appointment

medical report (from SRO)

medical certificate (from clinic)

NBI

passport

high school diploma

authenticated college diploma

college diploma and TOR

authenticated board certificate

PRC ID card

board certificate

board rating

authenticated marriage contract (if married)

marriage contract (if married)

birth certificate

OMA (if muslim)

other certificates and seminars

BTW, during your evaluation too, you will learn you hospital and place, in my case, i was assigned at King Fahd Hospital in Gassim, Saudi Arabia (i dont know where the hell is that Gassim place..) MOH-HOP applicants have their hospitals assignments already, while the MOH applicants, im not sure because some of the applicants under MOH, they dont have a hospital assignments yet, just the place in KSA..

Thank you and goodluck in your application.

PS: they're not very strict with that so-called one month deadline. just let your docs be finished ASAP and go for the evaluation. after that, we dont have any problems (yet) anymore, just wait for their text regarding the departure slip etc etc etc

Hi..Anyone here bound for Qassim, Ksa?

Specializes in Critical Care.

anyone bound to UGH-Madina? My flight schedule will be on Dec 20. 2 weeks after my evaluation.. so fast! : (

I was also texted by SRO that my flight will be on Dec. 20 but I don't know yet what's the name of my hospital and its place. I quite got scared and worried. I'm under MOH and it's my first time to work abroad. I don't want to get to KSA not knowing the name of my hospital because I want it to be check first by some people I know in KSA. They said that people there really has different culture and they don't respect human rights. They always do what they want. This made me somehow worried. Please give me some advise. For those people who are already working in KSA, I appreciate it if you also reply to my message. Thank you so much.

joanaraiza,

girl dont be afraid to work in saudi arabia.the place is safe as long as you are abiding the rules and respecting the custom of the said country.i used to worked there though in a private hospital for almost 6 years.you are under moh so definitely they will not inform you of the name or the place but dont worry you will be safe.piece of advise always go with the group once you arrived there,do not go to the cr alone.okey?good luck girl.

This is for the previous batches:

We were included in the waiting list, though we passed the exam and the interview, who has an idea if it also happened in the previous batches? or will we be included in the next delegation? Everytime we ask somebody from SRO, they would just tell us that they will be sending the names to Riyadh first.,I'm so worried because I don't want to go through the same process again. Any info will be highly appreciated. Thanks;)
