Hello to everyone..Can I ask anyone who is working with MOH saudi Arabia? Can I ask if they are offering a 1 year contract? Can you give me also an idea regarding their exam? Thank you in advance. Godbless!

I want to welcome you in KFH-J in advance! Im currently working in KFH-J. A new building will be opened soon. More than hundreds of nurses will be hired Im sure. Its an 800 bed capacity hospital and will increase soon as they open the new building. Its an old hospital but has complete amenities. This is like a PGH equivalent in our county. Expect that there will be many patients and your work will be loaded. Long periods of standing is a norm. Bring full support stockings if you like and give one to me! Hehe! We will be having JCI accreditation so expect tough policies. Accomodation is not as appealing as to other hospitals. Good luck and hope to see you in my area soon!

Hi! Anyone here who can give the step-by-step procedure for DFA Authentication? Which floor, room or building should we go to? Fees to pay?

1. College diploma & TOR:

I called my school and they said that I just need to bring a xerox copy of my TOR and College diploma and they will forward it to CHED, fees: P500. They will also give me a control number (claim stub) so I could claim my documents at DFA (14 working days)

2. Board Certificate:

(I have no idea where in PRC I should go to, please help)

3. COE:

(Can I have it notarized in my city of residence? or in Manila City Hall only? What about the RTC? what will I do there?- very clueless!)

I hope someone who is knowledgeable about this would give some information to also help others who are processing their documents.

Hi! i took the exam and had my interview last oct 28 at saudi embassy..after the intrview,they said that they will be txtng us after 2 wks! but until now there is no response..i read earlier here that some of them had took their medical and had their letter of appointment..how about us? until when will be waiting for their txt? pls respond if u know anything about this..can anyone send me the contact # of sro staff? tnx!

I am worried that I might exceed the 1 month time frame (Dec. 17) for the completion of requirements mentioned in the SRO guidelines. I am finished with my medical and I am just waiting for my authenticated documents from my school & PRC... I have two problems right now:

1. I haven't authenticated my COE yet since I requested a new one to be signed by the Chief Nurse and Medical Director. Unfortunately, the Chief Nurse in my previous hospital has recently retired and the new one hasn't been appointed and authorized yet so the HR said that the Medical Director will be the only one who could sign my COE. What they will do is they will just attach a supporting document why the Chief Nurse can't sign. Will that attachment be accepted by the DFA for Authentication & SRO? Can i just have someone from the HR and Medical Director to sign instead to have at least 2 signatories in my COE?

2. My passport (still the green one) will expire on 2012. During the briefing, Ms. Tess told us that all old passports and those that will expire on 2012 need to be renewed already. So I checked the DFA procedure for renewal of passport but the new system of Online Appointment is really frustrating because the earliest appointment date is Dec. 28. This is already too far from my 1 month time frame (Until Dec. 17 only). I heard that POEA is processing renewal of passports of OFW (no appointment needed) but they will require you to show a copy of your contract or job offer. In our case the Offer of Appointment. How can I have a copy of this? Please help on how I can fix my passport issue before my 1 month time frame ends.
