  1. Hi Racqy03, Saudi Council do not send Good standing certificate to other company like in Singapore. If Singapore Nursing Board wants your GCS, you'll be the one to mail it to them.. not the SCFHS.
  2. What is MONA anyway?? lol

HI GUYS. how to apply now in SRO/nurses? Do I have to go to POEA for the requirements or directly to SRO bldg? I am an ex Saudi and I dont know the process now. Is there a new delegation? Thanks!
  4. did you guys enter a valid email address? because its where they will send your copy of certificate of good standing. In my case, just within 24 hours after payment, I received an email from them attached my certificate. @titabelen Do not register again, that error they're saying that you still have unpaid account means that YOU HAVENT PAID YET OR THE SAUDI COUNCIL HASN't RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT YET. for anyone who wants to request good standing and already in the Phils, you have to ask someone in saudi, maybe a friend or relative to pay it for you. I think thats the only way.
  5. no need for your ID. yes within 24 hours, you will receive your good standing cert via email!
  6. you can ask a friend of yours in saudi to pay it for you. he can pay it thru al rahji online atm . his atm should have 300 SR. click SADAD payments then enter 129 (saudi council code)
  7. i already got my certificate of good standing.
  8. you can watch this video about steps in dataflow

Hi people! finally i'm done with my evaluation @ saudi embassy this morning. here is what happened: i arrived at saudi embassy at around 8:30 am, then there were already couple of peeps who were also waiting in line (around 50 nurses who were also for evaluation i guess). then at around 9:30 am, the magical gate of the embassy was finally opened, then they allowed us to come inside by fours. (tip: please come as early as you can because they have a quota and cut-off time, they stopped people from getting inside the embassy at around 11 am, and maybe because we were so many inside and the evaluators thought they cannot accommodate us all--actually there was only one evaluator during my time, she's a filipina, and there were 2 other assistants whom you will give your docs after you have been evaluated). the evaluator checked all the docs, authenticated, photocopies and the original as well... they are very strict with the COE, especially the length of your experience (should be more than a year post registration of your license), and your COE should have the phrase "has been employed/is employed as a STAFF NURSE"... they wont accept any other word than STAFF NURSE. or else they wont accept your papers and they will let you return after you have changed your COE. there should also be at least 2 signatories either from HR dept+medical director or chief nurse+medical director.. im my case, my signatories were the CHIEF NURSE and CHIEF OF CLINICS (same with chief of hospital/medical director likewise) also, before you go to embassy for your evaluation, make sure that you already paid the 30 dollar to BDO bank (please go to BDO plaza for the account number and account name, it is posted there, or ask the guard). better pay at that BDO branch (Paseo de Roxas branch), you should have a dollar to be deposited, you can buy dollar @ Western Union, near BDO plaza too... keep that deposit slip because you will give it to ****** during your evaluation day.. also during your evaluation, they will gonna tell you the docs that you should pay for the authentication of SRO (420/doc).. PLEASE DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE! in my case, i paid for 5 docs (420 php x 5=2,100 php) , then i learned from the evaluator that i should only pay for 4 docs: 1. TOR and Diploma (as one count) 2. Board Certificate 3. COE 4. Prometric Exam i have a prometric exam that is why 4 docs to be authenticated at SRO.. but if you are married, MARRIAGE CONTRACT is included in authentication payment.. before the evaluation, PLEASE provide a photocopy an arrange your docs in the following manner: photocopies of: authenticated employment certificate employment certificate offer of appointment medical report (from SRO) medical certificate (from clinic) NBI passport high school diploma authenticated college diploma college diploma and TOR authenticated board certificate PRC ID card board certificate board rating authenticated marriage contract (if married) marriage contract (if married) birth certificate OMA (if muslim) other certificates and seminars BTW, during your evaluation too, you will learn you hospital and place, in my case, i was assigned at King Fahd Hospital in Gassim, Saudi Arabia (i dont know where the hell is that Gassim place..) MOH-HOP applicants have their hospitals assignments already, while the MOH applicants, im not sure because some of the applicants under MOH, they dont have a hospital assignments yet, just the place in KSA.. Thank you and goodluck in your application. PS: they're not very strict with that so-called one month deadline. just let your docs be finished ASAP and go for the evaluation. after that, we dont have any problems (yet) anymore, just wait for their text regarding the departure slip etc etc etc

Hi guys,, i already got my Letter of Appointment as well as the medical referral and guidelines of SRO. they said that it is compulsory for nurses who have less than 2 years of experience to take prometric exam (saudi council exam like our PNLE).. i just want to ask if you have any idea guys if i should take it here in the philippines or when i get to saudi already? coz someone told me that i can take the exam at saudi arabia.. hope you can answer my confusion.. thank you and for those who are waiting for their cellfone to buzz, just wait and pray.. i thought also that they would not going to text me but now, i am complaining about the prometric exam na! lastly, when should i notarized (and is it necessary?) my Cert of Employment? is it in Manila City Hall or can i notarize it here in my place (Pasig City). Thank You!
