Hello to everyone..Can I ask anyone who is working with MOH saudi Arabia? Can I ask if they are offering a 1 year contract? Can you give me also an idea regarding their exam? Thank you in advance. Godbless!
One more thing, I lost my board certificate because I fell asleep in a bus and left it there. But as mentioned from the previous post, the board certificate should have your picture on it. The one I lost have no picture. It's just like a think paper with the board rating then the other paper with the breakdown of grades which is the board rating. Can you please help me out here? I'm a June 2007.
Hi Lenjoy,
Based on your description, the documents you've lost were the certificate of passing and the board rating certificate. The board certificate is like a diploma indicating you're already a registered nurse and it shows your registration date and license number. And yes, it has your picture on the upper right hand corner. You just ask at the information booth at PRC where to claim it. Bring your license and a photocopy of it.
God bless on your plans! :)

hi judeamaria, i would like to ask if he board certificate you're talking abt that's like a diploma is already available once i went to prc to claim it?i mean, is there no need for any request forms/payments, etc?thanks!
hi len, no particular destination, if your lucky its with the pvt. hospital if not naman, its in the far flung area hehe...
Really? I think its very unpredictable if Im under MOH. You wont have any idea where you'll be assign and there's is no turning back once your there!
Is it still practical to undergo any agency? Because unlike in MOH, you'll know what hospital you'll be assign in a agency. ANy feedback please.. thank you
To Bettyboop,Yes, there are no payments or requests needed. Just bring your license and a photocopy of it. Usually, you will be able to claim it 6 months from the date of your registration.
6 months from the date of my registration, then that must last august 08?this feb is my 6th month, are you telling me that if i appear in front of them asking for it any day by now, they'll be able to give me my board certificate just by merely presenting my license and its duplicate copy?is that what u mean?woah!sorry, just kinda confused, thinking how prc works, i mean no offense but they're really slowpokes when it comes to document processing unless you have backers in their office or you double or could even triple your payment for a super rush outcome.

Yes. That's what they told me before. I registered in Nov 07 and I got my board cert in June 08. I would advise you to call them up first to ask if you're board cert is already available. That's what I did, so as not to waste time and money.
Hi lenjoy03
Regarding with applying directly to agency.. i'm sad to say that they all be needing a 3 yrs experience at least. You are blessed to have a job as nurse in a tertiary hospital. Unlike us.. still waiting for the text messages from POEA. Because I myself, desperately called agencies that deploy nurses in KSA but all of them requires experiences.
If a two year experience an agency deploying in New Zealand requires that.
Goodluck!
hi guys!! have anyone heard the news bout the solution that has been made by dole and doh regarding with the oversupply and unemployed nurses in the Philippines?
I heard in the news that they are encouraging nurses to serve as nurses in barrios stuff like that. For doctors they called it Doctors in the Barrio.
Do you think this will be a good step for us - - the unemployed once? and i think the starting rate will be 8k!
