Sarcastic fairy visit???????

I was just wondering, did the sarcastic fairy visit the board or what. I have read a few threads that basically have turned mighty ugly within a few posts. I understand the tones of some of the posts are changing as well, but is there something I missed ?

this board does occ go through its moments..but ihave not seen any threads that turned nasty unnecessarily...

Well the first one I seen was a post by a someone new who asked a stupid question in the first place and then began going into snide details against the posters that were reacting to her question that needed clarification in the first place.
