Hey everyone I can't seem to find a forum for the Fall 2019 application for Delta so I thought I'd create one. I applied already. I like the way the new application is set up online. It was clearer to me this time around. I'm curious as to how many points everyone is applying with. ?

Unfortunately, they notify everyone at the same time of their admission statuses.

@CKLamz Where does it say to print a cover page? I didn’t see that anywhere when I was invited to submit documents. I printed the course description and highlighted the year and name of the college that was already on the same page as the course description. Honestly, I’ll be pretty upset if I get disqualified over something that wasn’t even specifically stated.

@jbellle I think you're fine as long as it shows the years and school on the bottom of the page. Mines didn't so I had to include the the cover of the catalog.

@Thl27 I hope you’re right. I’m getting pretty nervous now. So, I’ve seen some people say they got emails from the evaluations office after submitting their documents. I haven’t received an email, however, I submitted all of my transcripts to the Delta before I even applied to the program and they had sent me 2 emails saying they had evaluated my transcripts, etc. Of course I also submitted additional transcripts with my application. I hope that’s the only reason I haven’t heard anything.

@jbellle I think it just depends on when you turn in your documents. I turned mines in on April 22nd and the deadline was April 24th so I don't expect to see an evaluation email until closer to May 21st. I think they go in order of who turns their documents in first.

@Thl27 that makes sense. I sent mine in the mail with tracking and it says it was delivered on the 19th of April. Thank you for the reassurance though, I definitely feel a little better!

I turned my docs in in person the first or second day of the window and haven’t had any correspondence. All of my courses were taken at Delta though and it may be that that email is only sent if transcripts from another school are being evaluated.

Same here. I haven't heard anything and I took all of my prereqs at Delta.

I’m sure you’re fine since yours shows school and year. My course catalogue does not show it on each page. Dont worry! Im sure you’re ok!

I'm 99% sure I made a huge error on my course descriptions. I went back to ensure the school, the year, and the course descriptions were all correct and I realized one of my pages may have not contained the school name. I'm super bummed about it, but it's too late now. I may be wrong, but I doubt it. I'll have to be more careful the next application period.

To tell you the truth, i didnt even check that on mine descriptions, i was mostly focus on the year and semester and description itself, forgot about the school name, its just say SCC for me, what school did you forget??
