San Jacinto College ADN Fall 2011

Just wanted to start a thread for the Fall 2011 SJC applicants to the ADN Program. I am eagerly awaiting the application period. Have any of you applied to other schools nearby?

Did anyone have kingfams answer? How much will due at orientation. I don't know how much to bring?

not to be rude but if you read your paper work that came with your acceptance letter and the papers that you signed with your application everything is clearly stated in all the paper work. there is a fee list and everything.

At least four hundred dollars for the orientation.

they have the prices for everything you will need on the acceptance letter, but it doesn't include taxes. At least 400

I was asking more about the kits and if we can just get basic and be ok.

So excited to be starting the program soon! Congrats to everyone! I looked up the instructors on ratemyprofessors.com and the reveiws were awsome! I wish that the clinical hours were specified so I'd know what to expect since I have a school aged kid. Anybody have a better idea than myself about clinical hours? Thinkin about giving Tiffany a call tomorrow to inquire...

Hey kingfam...Everyone's clinical hours are posted in BlackBoard. Some groups already have the name of the hospital your assigned to. Most clinicals are one day a week from 6:30am-7:30pm, but some people got two days a week 6:30am-2:30pm.

yes...has anyone heard what this is about? hopefully our scrubs came in early :yeah: But Blackboard is down until Sunday so hopefully everyone got the message before today.
