San Jacinto College ADN Fall 2009

Published

Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program?

Lets talk about it here

I think so, lemme take a look at my schedule.

...

Appears to be so. This IS the 8 week class so it's not too surprising that there's that many chapters on an exam.

MNL stands for My Nursing Lab. I guess it's like My Math Lab (if you've used that before).

did anyone look at the calendar for room 231 for health assessment?

i'm wondering why there are different teachers listed

in that column going down.. lol

The ADN program uses team teaching. Different instructors will lecture over different topics but everyone will cover the same topics for the exam.

Specializes in none.

Where did you go for your shots? I am going this week, and I was wondering where everyone was going.

Hey for those who were wondering,... there was an announcement on Blackboard under the Health Assessment section if you registered for your class that says we have to read ch. 1-4 for monday 24th and then test that next monday the 31st. just fyi... it is confirmed

Do we need to update our student ID or will the nursing student ID work for the library?

For some reason, Health Assessment is not showing up on blackboard for me even though Foundations and Intermediate are both there. Will someone please tell me if it tells us what we need to bring to Health Assessment on Monday. Thanks in advance....

We need to bring a copy of our fee slip, scan tron (F-288-PAR-L) and a #2 pencil, and course syllabus. The scan tron is red and is about the size of a half sheet of paper.

Melissa, I haven't checked a book out of the library since...oy, 2007. I'm not sure at all, but I think you need an updated student id. Not even sure why I "answered" this since I don't know : p

Thanks Melissa! Hopefully the bookstore will be open at 7:00 am on Monday. I need to get a scan tron and do not want to drive almost 40 miles (round trip) to get it before then! Maybe the Lee College bookstores has them!

The central bookstore doesn't open until until 7:45 unfortunately.

And hooray, my major finally got changed. Only took a week and a half! Making progress.

Yeah...I looked it up. I'm going to the Lee College Bookstore in a couple of hours. I may have to drive to SJC if they do not have them. Oh well!

FYI: There is a vending machine that sells scantrons right around the corner from Enrollment Services.
