Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program?
Lets talk about it here
Meliss214 is right. Employers are looking at GPA's and exit HESI scores when deciding to hire a GN or not. The exit HESI is an exam taken at the end of the program that is an indicator for passing the NCLEX. You guys will all be fine. Many people have done it before you so just keep that in mind.
Yeah, sorry about that x_x I completely blanked and I'm always calling it pharm so. Geeze, people probably think I'm so headhunter who wants everyone to fail or something.
I guess I'll say this. I want everyone of you to pass. Period. I study differently from everyone, so I guess I keep getting flustered with all this talk of studying every day (I shouldn't be surprised at you Melissa, but I am! Ack, I'm terrible).
I feel so guilty now. I'm going to go eat dinner in guilt silence now : |
I know plenty of nurses, and they've all told me it's not hard. Just long. If you've made an A in Micro and A&P, you've got nothing to worry about. Just keep doing what you've been doing and before you know it, you'll be a nurse and happy that this part of your life is done with : )
Reading this really encouraged me because although I did make an A in both of those classes, I was and am very weary about this first semester... lol Thank you!
Shana, they haven't posted our lab schedules yet. I don't know why they can't disclose that info to us.
Russell, I was just trying to give you something to work on since you sounded like you were bored. I just wish I had Jillian's brain so I could just study a few days before the test and still ace it.

Just be careful with the CHRISTUS orginization, they are hurting during this economy. I used to work for them and I loved it but they pay less than other hospitals. I don't want to knock them seeing as it was one of my favorite hospital chains to work for but they are doing a lot of layoffs right now. My boyfriend works for them and he said that they hurting. I think things may get better by the time we graduate, hopefully. Fingers crossed.
