They were kind of all over the place with communication for Spring 2021. It seems like they got a lot of applicants for fall as well so I would not expect much from them when it comes to relaying info... LOL

Oh no!  Also, no later than May seems a bit long to get back to applicants that applied in December, no? Stanislaus, Sac State, SFSU, etc. took 1-2.5 months to begin notifying.

It is but I don’t think they’ll be sticking to their normal timeline. Decisions for Spring got delayed an extra 3-4 weeks. If they have the same amount of apps they def won’t be on time. For fall they usually let people know in March, but I wouldn’t expect it until late April tbh.

Got it! Thanks Momo26!

If you took the HESI through elsevier, was a calculator provided for the whole math section? Or just some problems?

Hey, so I just took the proctored HESI through elsevier examinity and it does have a calculator throughout the whole exam. BEST OF LUCK!

Thank you!! I’ve been taking practice tests and doing all the math by hand and I was never able to finish all 50 questions in 50 minutes! What did you use to study?

In regards to transcripts, I know nursingcas sent them automatically but do we have to send another transcript once our new semester grades come in. Also,  I'm wondering if all the new in progress classes I added to my transcript got sent over. Anyone know how it works?

Hello! I would recommend reaching out to NCAS just to make sure. I was confused about a few things last app cycle and I looked here for answers and ended up getting a correction email from SMU.

Hi AdriN! I know this question was not directed to me, but I found Brandon Craft extremely helpful! He has hundreds of Youtube videos as well as workbooks (for purchase). I got the workbooks and they helped so much, I didn't feel stuck on any of the math questions. However, I took the TEAS so I don't know if that'll make a difference.

So after the semester is over you need to update your academic transcript. Then send a new transcript to NursingCAS. This is all done during the Academic Update period.  Information linked below.
