Hi! Starting this thread for anyone applying to Samuel Merritt University Fall 2021 BSN program. Feel free to drop your stats!

G'day everyone,

Are we allowed to submit our applications with pending LOR's? Or do you reckon I should wait until all my recommenders upload their letters prior to submitting?

You can submit your application before your LORs submit from their end. I believe as long as they submit either by the deadline or a little after, it should be fine! For the Spring 2021 application, our application was due July 1st, but our LORs werent due until July 14th or 15th!

Can anybody help? 

Why cant I seem to locate /add the BSN Fall 2021 application on NursingCAS? I imagine its available and have heard others already mentioning the changed questions. I can only review my Spring 2020 application. When I search to add a program I do not see BSN fall 2021 for SMU.

Make sure you are on the 2021 application. When you go to the sign in page  (where it says welcome to nursingcas and asks for your username/password) go to the left hand side and there is a section of writing that reads "ATTENTION: If you need to apply to a program in the 2020-2021 application cycle, then click here to access that application." Most likely you are on the old application cycle, that is why you can't find it.

I just submitted my application for fall 21'. Glad its out of the way! Now we wait haha

Do we need to submit HESI test appointment letter here if HESI score is not available now( under standardized Tests). I believe Shawna said, we need to upload HESI/TEAS test confirmation receipt under”Test score report “.

Those who haven’t take HESI/ TEAS test yet . Are you able to submit the application? What did you upload in nursing cas -Standardized tests under Academics History section ?
