Hey AdriN, 

I used a lot of material to study ranging from nursing hub, pocket prep, the Elsevier actual book, momentum and testprepbook from Amazon. I found that Pocketprep and nursinghub are great tool in helping me on the AP portion. As for the math portion of things, I recently took algebra so I didn't really look for additional help there beside knowing how to convert metric to emperic and vice versa, Roman to Arabic numbering, also know your military times.  Overall best of luck!

Is critical thinking required on the HESI?

According to SMU website and comment they do not need the critical thinking portion. They only need English (Reading, Grammar and Vocab), A&P, Math, and the Learning Profile section which compose of the learning style and personality profile.

I’m from Sacramento and considering applying to the BSN program in Oakland. Would anyone else here be moving? How are you all planning to manage your living expenses? I’m worried about being able to find somewhere to live and pay for it.

Hey Mindy!! I am also from the Sacramento area, Elk Grove to be exact. I am lucky have my military GI bill if I get accepted to pay for my living expenses. However, I will most likely find a roommate to save cost overall.

Anybody here knows what the final deadline for the Letter of Recommendation needs to be by? My POC has yet to submit his, and I am worried.

I believe it was yesterday.... but I could be wrong

For those who gave HESI/TEAS after Deadline, Do you guys received any email from -----------------------a after sending you HESI score?

Hey Pk zee,

I sent it to the AdmissionReview org box and got an automatic reply saying they got the email and will review them. 

The email org box is: [email protected] 

I sent it a week ago, still no reply. I do hope they got it. I talk with -------------------------, and she said that it should be correct, but no way of finding out if they got it since she doesn't process them; the Review Board does. Also, if you used their school ID to take the exam, they should receive a notification on the score (this is what I heard).

Okay, I got that automatic reply too but today evening  I received another email which suggested me to upload in nursing cas too.
