  1. This is in regards to the Henderson campus. If you can self teach, then you will be okay. The professor aren't knowledgeable about the topics they teach, most of them aren't helpful at all. Many of them contradict themselves. You have to rely on other resources and especially the textbooks because the professors and power points given don't always go over everything you need to know. Almost all the professors read off the power point slides verbatim and give no additional details. Power point slides and exam questions are noticeably not proofread. If you want to attend this school, I would recommend the South Jordan Campus over Henderson. If you do attend the Henderson campus, make sure you reference the text book and go with what the text book says and not what the professors are telling you because they tend to give you the wrong info. All the books are given to you online, included in the tuition.
  2. I feel like the 90% isn't unobtainable, the issue is everything else.
  3. Run. Don't do it, people.
  4. https://acceleratednursing.roseman.edu/admissions/requirements-prerequisites/ https://www.roseman.edu/academic-programs/college-of-nursing/accelerated-bachelor-of-science-in-nursing/ I would suggest reaching out to an admissions advisor. They are super helpful and can answer all your questions. You can send them your transcripts and they will tell you what you already have completed and what you need. You have a better chance at getting accepted if you apply and interview in the first round.
  5. @Karibunii Thanks for all the advice you've given so far! Just to clarify the teachers are not great? What makes them not great? And also could you tell us what to expect for clinicals?
  6. Congratulations everyone!!
  7. I don't think there's an august FB page for the South Jordan August Cohort but the link Jnurse provided above has mainly South Jordan students in it for the June start date. There's good info in there!
  8. Here is the Henderson August Cohort. The other one is mainly June start date I believe although I'm in the June facebook cohort too. https://m.facebook.com/groups/753877062665929/?ref=share&mibextid=SDPelY
  9. I'm enrolled for the August start date in Henderson. In my experience if your advisor says you will get an interview then you will get an interview. I would follow up with your advisor.
  10. I believe they told us to apply for FASFA early on. I applied for it in January before I even got accepted. I still have not heard back from anyone from Roseman regarding my FASFA though. I work during their business hours so it's kinda hard to call.
  11. Thank you! Labs are any grey or burgundy scrubs. For clinical, we are expected to wear the Roseman uniform.
  12. I know the dress code for the clinical portion and lab classes but, does anyone know what the dress code is for lecture classes?
  13. I'm not sure if there was a facebook group created for the August 2023 cohort Henderson campus so I went ahead and created one if anyone would like to join here's the link! https://www.facebook.com/groups/753877062665929/
