Hi ya'll, starting a discussion for those who applied to Summer 2025 cohort at SMU! I'm curious to know if anyone has gotten any emails/updates? I personally applied to the Oakland campus. Goodluck everyone! : ).

My understanding for the ELMSN programs is that you take the NCLEX and get licensed within the program and can begin part time work. I have my interview set for Monday for the FNP program. I am hoping to hear  some kind of information for ABSN soon.

Have you guys applied for FAFSA 2025-2026 yet? I think the website or form is getting fixed right now. How long should I wait for it to get fixed?

If you go to my SMU it should be in the LOI (letter of intent)

For paying the 350 to save the spot  where do you go and what's the next step to do or do we get an emial

of what to do

You'll get an email for it but basically you to go account balance I think and then you have you manually enter tuition deposit and pick you cohort and enter the amount. Theres also a video in one of the emails that explains the next steps. Let me know if you have any questions and I can try to help(:
