Hi All, I am enrolling in Gurnick Academy in the Valley (Modesto) to avoid "dead time" while applying to Nursing programs and waiting for acceptance letters. Do you have any advice? Is anyone else planning to go to Gurnick Academy? Have any graduates out there had a positive nursing school experience through Gurnick Academy?

I applied to SMU, Summer 2025 start, Fresno location (first choice), and San Mateo location (my second choice). I have not heard anything yet. I still have not received a decision letter from SMU; I submitted my application on November 15th. I only have pharmacology in progress. Should I be concerned? Is there a website I can go to to check my application status?

I haven't received an email regarding my preliminary review, and I chose Fresno as my first choice and San Mateo as my second and third choice. Regarding letters of recommendation, you should call NursingCAS and ask them if you are still able to add your last letter of recommendation. They are really helpful! I signed up for pharmacology for the Spring semester; I would love to take it with anyone here if interested!

I applied to the Fresno location, and I have not received any notifications as of yet. Does anyone know when notifications will go out for this application cycle? By any chance, did anyone apply to the Nursing Success Seminar for a Spring 2025 attendance?
