Wait is this for the Fall? I'll be starting the program in Oakland this fall and the Official start date is in October...I would assume any updates in August would be the acceptance letters?

Congratulations!! ? You have to login into your mySMU account to submit your letter of intent. You access it via Okta portal. I had to call SMU's IT service desk to gain access. Hope this helps!!

Hey everyone! Updating here that my SMU counselor provided me the opportunity for direct admission into the Fall cohort in Oakland campus : ). Due to being waitlisted for the Summer's cohort. Excited and good luck to everyone - you got this!

Hey guys, I had applied and got accepted for the ABSN Summer cohort in Oakland at SMU but still would need to finish two classes over the Summer. I was offered direct entry to the Fall at their Fresno campus. I honestly don't know what to think since I would have to relocate to Fresno. I was wondering if anyone accepted into the Fresno campus this Fall?

Thank you! I was next on the waitlist for Oakland but I told the counselor in Oakland I can't do it since I would still have 2 more classes to completer after this Spring semester. I was offered direct entry admission to Fresno for the Fall instead so I could complete the remaining classes over the Summer. I'm currently debating about it.

Has anyone who got accepted have not completed all of the prerequisites? I was offered admission to the Fresno campus while being waitlisted for Oakland. But I still would need to complete 2 classes.

My waitlist was Oakland.

Wow, it seems like many are choosing the San Mateo or Fresno location! I live in Oakland, plus downtown is like 12 minutes away from my area so it just makes the most sense for me. Also I'm curious if everyone has all the prerequisites done? I feel like I was hasty in applying for the Summer since I still have pathology and pharmacology left : (.
