I didn't see a thread for the SMU absn Spring 2021 cohort so I just wanted to start one!

I'm currently in the process of applying right now and working on my personal statements!

I think San Mateo is later because Sacramento did no get affected with covid stuff.

A few years ago my cousin was 11th on the waitlist and she got in, so movement certainly happens. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Which campus are you waitlisted for?

2 people so far have already given up their spots at the sac campus, so don't lose hope! Do they tell you where you're ranked on the list?

I'm 23 out of 40 ? I think I'm out this round, but I'll be reapplying.

At the time of my application I had an overall GPA of 3.6, all A's and B's in prerequisites! Hopefully that helps, and its proof that if you have a few B's sprinkled in you can still receive an acceptance!! Highly recommend you apply again if you didn't get in this time around! 

Did you change anything in your essay prompts when you reapplied? Or did you keep them relatively the same (given they were probably slightly different questions)?

Can anyone getting waitlisted or accepted confirm if you put Sacramento as your primary campus?

Sacramento was my primary campus.
