Hello everyone!

I just wanted to start a thread for the Spring 2021 term at SMU. Has anyone applied or planning on applying? Feel free to drop your stats and scores!

Hi, sorry that I’m late to the party but is this thread for the ABSN program or just for the BSN program at Samuel Merritt? Also, is this Spring 2021 program that one starts on Jan 2021 or is it later? I was under the assumption that the January start in 2021 was for the Fall Semester that was originally supposed to start in November of 2020 but was pushed back due to covid. Thank you and waiting for your reply!!

Hey! This is for BSN for Spring 2021 (Oakland campus). Our estimated start date is January 4th I think. The BSN programs have not been pushed back so I think you're referring to ABSN?

Hey Momo26, yeah I was referring to the ABSN program for the San Mateo (South San Francisco) Campus for Spring 2021. Thank you for the clarification!

Just got an email saying they’ve finished preliminary reviews and have moved on to phase 2. This is the home stretch. I’m trying to preoccupy myself so the anxiety does not kill me LOL

Haha, while on the phone I just got the email about moving on to the secon phase and I told the person now I'm getting nervous and excited at the same time ?

I wonder how many applications got through to phase 2. Anybody have an idea?

Can you all remind me of what "moving on to Phase 2" means? What are the criteria for moving on to Phase 2? I got the e-mail, too. Ahh.
