Hello everyone!

I just wanted to start a thread for the Spring 2021 term at SMU. Has anyone applied or planning on applying? Feel free to drop your stats and scores!

She was very happy with the quality of education! She said that even tho the tuition cost can be intimidating, it’s totally worth it. She had no problems finding a good job. 
 

I also talked to the girl who graduated from SMU 8 years ago and she said it was the best decision ever. She said not to worry about getting in debt because it’s all gonna pay off!

Yes I did, status is showing being reviewed. According to old form post, it will change to accept or denied before we get official email. Let see!

No. Is someone able to log on to the BSN chat today and ask what’s going on? I would but I will be at work.

Specializes in Medical Assistant- 10 years.

Monday 10/5/20 and I still have not received a "preliminary" email. Very concerning to have not received any notification that my application has at least been reviewed. NursingCAS shows that my application is verified. Any thoughts? Are there many of us who have not yet received an email?

I have not either. I think someone should either email her or log onto the BSN chat at 12pm and ask what is going on. I just got to work so I cannot do either unfortunately. Seems like there is still a good chunk of people without the emails...

Shawna said they are still on track to meet the Nov. deadline. She said acceptance email may even be sent out sooner. But I went to the chat late so I missed it if she talked about the prelim phase.
