Hello everyone!

I just wanted to start a thread for the Spring 2021 term at SMU. Has anyone applied or planning on applying? Feel free to drop your stats and scores!

I was going through old form Spring 2020. Shawna told them, decision -delayed and would be out by Nov1st then somehow student started to the Checked decision from oct 15 in admission portal online. Hopefully we will hear back soon too. FINGER CROSS

@Pk zee oh so they do send individual emails out as soon as they decide who they want? Is admission portal the same as emails or where do we need to check it?

You need to create account to check it. Student said following day  they received official email. I post pics of old form how to create it.

I found the website, but didn't finish the steps to log in. It says just to log in when admitted.

If we’re technically not supposed to be logging in could we get in trouble if they find out we activated an account ahead of time?

Not sure, that’s how everyone,  I mean previous student checked their status. They didn’t saying anything about problem ?‍♀️

Haha that's what I was wondering too! I don't want to seem like I can't follow instructions  ?

Crossing my fingers. Hopefully they get through all the applications quickly.

One of my friends graduated from SMU this year. She told me the decision emails were delayed as well even back in 2018.
